Pain, spine, anesthesia & ASC medical billing Paid isn't the same as paid right.

RAS Health Care Solutions recovers the revenue independent procedural practices lose to denials, aging AR, underpayments and out-of-network disputes. We work inside your existing system and are paid only on what we collect.

Where revenue leaks

This claim was "paid". It's still $450 short.

Here's a remittance line we see all the time. A bilateral transforaminal epidural, paid as if only one side was done. No denial, no flag, nothing on the aging report. Multiply it across a year of injections and it adds up to real money.

  • Denials get worked to appeal, with the op note and payer policy attached.
  • Underpayments like this one get caught by checking every paid line against your contract.
  • 60+ day AR gets a dedicated team before timely filing runs out.

A note from Rohit

Most practices that call us aren't in crisis. They're busy. Their billers keep claims moving, and nobody has the afternoon it takes to sit on hold about one injection, or to check whether last month's payments actually match the contract.

That's the work we do. We sign a BAA before we see anything, we work in the system you already use, and we only get paid out of money that reaches your account. If it isn't a fit, I'll tell you on the first call.

When you email or call, you get me. I reply myself, usually within one US business day.

FAQ

Questions practices ask

What does RAS Health Care Solutions do?

We recover revenue for independent procedural practices: denial appeals, 60+ day AR recovery, underpayment recovery, full-cycle RCM and No Surprises Act IDR disputes, working inside your existing PM/EHR.

How much does it cost?

6–7% of net collections (insurance payments on claims we work from your start date) for full-cycle RCM, and 10% of the IDR award only when a No Surprises Act dispute is won. No setup fees, retainers or lock-in contracts.

Do we have to change our software or replace staff?

No. We work inside the system you already use, under a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement, alongside your in-house team.

How fast can you start?

Access in the first three days after the BAA is signed, an AR and denial diagnostic in week one, and full operations from week two.

Who does the work?

Strategy and client partnership are led by Rohit Pandey, backed by a dedicated team of credentialed medical coders (AAPC/AHIMA) and seasoned AR follow-up specialists, with senior oversight on every account.
